PROPULSION & MECHANICAL

Precision propulsion overhaul.

When a vessel is drydocked, every single hour represents lost charter revenue. We mobilize class-certified technicians equipped with specialized machining tools to restore propulsion alignment and shaft integrity worldwide.

MECHANICAL TOLERANCES

Engineered to absolute zero-deviation standards.

Shaft Alignment

Propeller Repair

Thruster Overhaul

Our specialized teams execute laser-guided optical alignment down to microns, preventing bearing wear and catastrophic drivetrain vibration across long-coupled maritime propulsion networks.

We deliver hydrodynamic profiling, precision pitch correction, and weld-overlay cladding for cavitation-damaged blade tips to fully restore original flow efficiency and fuel economy.

Our mechanical engineers perform complete rebuilds of azimuth thrusters, bow thrusters, and controllable-pitch hubs under strict supervision of major classification societies.

CASE STUDY

Emergency propulsion shaft restoration.

A 140-meter container vessel suffered severe propulsion vibration mid-transit, threatening structural integrity. Our emergency mobilization team met the ship at drydock, executed in-situ machining of the tailshaft journal, and replaced the sterntube seals.

All precision machining and seal replacements were completed under Lloyd's Register survey, saving the operator an estimated five days of unscheduled off-hire downtime.
